VERSA-FOLD
|

PERF-N-CREASE
|
The Perf-n-Crease has a modular design to allow ease of
use with Moll feeders and other units. It can handle versatile perforating for cardstock of up to 72cm widths.
Comes complete with side register in-feed table and is available with double shafts for combined operations or
2-stage creasing of difficult or sensitive materials. |

BUMP-N-TURN
|
This motorized unit adds additional flexibility to the pocket folder’s many folding capabilities. It allows the operator to produce pocket folders with reinforced glue tabs (tab over body of pocket), CD floppy disk packets, table tent cards and a wide variety of boxes. FINAL FOLD
|
Folding may be accomplished in down fold or up fold format with corresponding formers. The register table provided assures that the material is properly aligned for the folding transition and the pressure system on the exit assures a tightly formed fold. See

BOTTOM FEED FRICTION FEEDER
|
The Bottom Feed Friction Feeder is the ideal unit to place in-line with any machine requiring the feeding of irregular shape material such as boxes. With options, this feeder can also pre-brake the material or fold on the in-feed section. This 50” long table provides an area to plow, place adhesive, label or any other application you may have. Available in 30” and 36” widths.

PRE-LOADER
|
Today’s “high volume needs” demands a quick turn around. Add the Moll Pre-Loader to our Regal Pocket Folder and minimize your down time due to the re-loading of your pile feeder. Your production can increase up to 30% by simply pre-loading the material while the folder is running. Also it’s available for our 30”, 36” and 42” width pile feeders.

DIAL-A-STACK
|
Dial-a-Stack is designed to meet your machine speed demands with much needed stock capacity. The Dial-a-Stack is an adjustable, mobile stacking unit. The height can be adjusted to any section (parallel, 8, 16, or 32 page) with ease. It has a two-stage stack table and is controlled by a DC drive scanner independent of the folder. Dial-a-Stack can be used as a delivery unit to any make and/or size folding machine. See

PRESSURE STACKER

For materials requiring the extra glue penetration time and positive control after folding, you will appreciate the Moll Pressure Stacker. With adjustable height for proper intake alignment, speed controlled DC drive with top and bottom full width motorized blanket belts and adjustable pressure control, the Moll Pressure Stacker will provide the results you expect from finishing equipment.
